On June 10, 2022 the Leadership Development Program participants engaged in a resume writing workshop. Ryan Neville, Chief Administrative Officer, Wausau/Weston Region facilitated and subject matter experts; Aaron Kinney, DBA Acting Chief Operating Officer, Children’s Specialty Group and Jonathan Lewis, MBA, RN, FACHE Vice President/Chief Operating Officer UW Health, University Hospital served as panelists for the discussion. Prior to the meeting, the experts reviewed the cohort’s individual resumes for content and recommendations. The panel offered an engaging discussion of specific resume enhancements, pitfalls and suggestions. The cohort agreed the event was valuable and took away many ideas for resume enrichment.
