2019 Women in Healthcare Leadership Conference
LEAD. INNOVATE. INSPIRE!
November 8, 2019 ~ 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
The ACHE-Wisconsin Chapter is partnering with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) Wisconsin Chapter to create and deliver a full day conference event that will bring together women leaders and industry partners to learn to better LEAD, INNOVATE, and INSPIRE! at work and in our communities. This annual conference partnership is now in the sixth year as a signature event, celebrating our special 5-year anniversary milestone.
Target Audience:
All leaders in healthcare leadership roles from emerging leader and early careerist to C-suite executives, whether employed with a hospital or health system, clinic or medical group practice, long-term care or senior living, vendor or industry partner, consulting firm or self-employed entrepreneur.
Program Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn to:
- Approach leadership through a framework that is grounded in principle, purpose and
- LEAD with principle and be a catalyst for emerging leaders, and explore strategies for developing and inspiring the next generation of
- INNOVATE with purpose, and gain insights and practical tactics for embracing innovation in your career, as a team, and as a
- INSPIRE with passion, and develop effective mentoring and coaching relationships that inspire participants as partners in learning and
- Create your own path to leadership at work, in your field, and in your community through shared experiences with a panel of inspiring women who lead in healthcare and technology and innovate with purpose across various segments of the healthcare industry and
- Network and connect with women healthcare leaders and industry
ACHE Qualified Credit:
As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, American College of Healthcare Executives – Wisconsin Chapter is authorized to award 5.25 hours of ACHE Qualified Education credit toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.
Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualified Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
