He provides consultation and coaching to\nsenior leaders in order to help them move their businesses forward through an integrated approach of aligning talent\, culture and business objectives. \nPrior to joining LAK Group\, Michael served in several global thought and operational leadership roles at Aurora Healthcare\, CNH Industrial\, Kohler Co.\, and Jockey International. During this time\, he led a variety of human resources functions\, including Talent Management\, Leadership Development\, Talent Acquisition\, Succession Management\, Learning and Development\, Assessment\, Change Management\, Strategic Planning and Engagement Practices. \nMichael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University and earned his Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Business. Outside of work\, Mike serves as Secretary\, Board of Directors for Special Olympics in Wisconsin and is the Board Chair for Catholic Memorial High School in Waukesha\, Wisconsin. He is also an adjunct faculty member at both Marquette University’s College of Business Administration and University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in their Masters in Healthcare Administration program. \n  \n Aubrey Presha\, MHA is the Regional Service Line Director of Employer Health Solutions at Saint Alphonsus Health System\, a member of Trinity Health. He oversees system strategy and operations of Occupational and Environmental Medicine\, Mental Health\, Corporate Health and Well-Being\, and Business Development. Integrated\, these comprehensive service lines help employers reduce their total cost of care\, improve access to preventative medicine that focuses on promotion of health and well-being\, disease prevention\, and injury management. \nHis passion is collaborating with health systems to develop programs and health services that are mission-centered\, efficient\, and equitable. \nAubrey has worked in healthcare for the past 28 years\, first as a certified surgical technician\, then as an information services network engineer\, and for the last 10 years in various health system leadership roles. \nHe holds a Master of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management and Development from St. Petersburg College in Clearwater\, Florida. Additionally\, he completed an 18-month Post-graduate Fellowship at SSM Health in Madison\, Wisconsin\, concentrating on system strategy and hospital operations. \n
