DESCRIPTION:  \nToday’s workplace calls for the development of high performance work teams to manage dynamic healthcare environments. The panelists will present strategies to design and implement collaborative work systems. \nAgenda\n\n4:00-4:30 pm Registration and Networking\n4:30-6:00 pm Education\n\nLight snacks and beverages will be provided. \nPanelists\n\nAaron Kinney\, DBA\, FACHE\, Chief Operating Officer (Acting)\, Children’s Specialty Group\nEric Ransom\, FACHE\, VP of Operations\, Advocate Aurora\n\nThis session will be moderated by Tiffany Prince\, Chief Performance Officer\, Prince Performance LLC.\n \nFace-to-Face Credit\n\nThis event has been approved for 1.5 Face-to-Face education hour(s). \nParking\nThe building is on the northeast corner of the intersection of Kilbourn and Broadway.  The meeting will be held in the large conference room in the lobby of the building.  Security can direct attendees to the room.  The closest parking options are the underground structure of the building and the parking garage/pavilion that is on Broadway just across the street to the south.  The entrance to the underground parking structure is just to the north of Kilbourn on Broadway.  If you don’t wish to pay for parking\, you can try to find street parking.  You can enter the underground structure until 6:00 p.m.  The parking garage is open 24/7. \n\n\n \n
