Craig is the Founder of Paragon Development Systems (or PDS) in a Wisconsin basement with loose change and built it into a $200+Million revenue company. While CEO, PDS had 26 consecutive years of growth, was recognized as Top Innovator in North America by Intel and was continually recognized as the Best Place to Work.
Craig has been an inspirational speaker for over 250,000 people with messages of Purpose, Leadership, Innovation, Building Emotional Intelligence and Leaving Relevant Legacies.
Some of Craig’s business and community accomplishments include:

- He and his wife are Founders of The Oconomowoc Area Foundation, Rogers Behavioral Health- Youth and Adolescent Center, Lake Area Free Dental Clinic, The Oconomowoc Public Education Foundation, and the Oconomowoc Skatepark.
- He is a Superhero: Craig is also Batman! He has an original Batmobile and his part time job is going to Sick, Special Needs and orphaned Children making them Superheroes while in his Batman Uniform!
