Healthcare is evolving faster than organizations can develop leaders, who have the skill and acumen to put the organization on their backs and carry it forward.  I know this because I was a healthcare executive who learned to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, highly uncertain environment.  When it became clear that my greatest joy and impact is helping others succeed and advance their career, I decided to leave my career to become a career strategist and leadership coach. Now I exclusively focus on helping individuals develop the career resilience to perform at their best and transform the workplace.

In addition to being a Professional Coach, I have an MBA in management, I am certified as an expert in daily management systems and board-certified as a healthcare executive.  I have been recognized and awarded as a rising young executive.  My peers elected me to lead the ACHE-WI Chapter in 2014. I am the founder of the leadership development program.  I have been published and spoken at ACHE’s Congress about skills leaders need to boost their performance and advance their careers.
