Join us for an engaging discussion on difficult conversations. We will define what a difficult conversation is and review best practices. The majority of the conversation will be attendees engaging and sharing their stories and experiences. We hope to learn from each other. Plan to have your camera on and network with other participants. Our moderator is Andy Hillig, MBA, PCC, FACHE, Director, Customer Solutions, LAK Group.

Andy is the Director of Customer Solutions and an Executive Coach at LAK Group. In his role, he partners with individuals, teams and organizations to identify solutions to human capital challenges that will help them achieve their business goals. As an Executive Coach, Andy helps emerging, senior, physician leaders, and executive leaders discover their purpose and become more self-aware so that they have the impact they want to have in the workplace.
Professional/Business Experience
Andy joined the LAK Group with more than 20 years of experience in Operations, Leadership, and Continuous Process Improvement. His passion is helping leaders realize that what they do is not as important as who they are as they do it.
Prior to joining LAK Group, Andy led teams responsible for large and complex strategic engagements that had multiple layers of responsibility and spanned across healthcare organizations of more than 20,000 employees. He’s led all aspects of the operating system, including strategic planning, daily management, project assignments, successful achievement of goals, and team development. He ensured the success of an enterprise-wide operating system through relevant and effective training content and delivery. In addition to this role, Andy also has experience working with executive teams on strategic business issues and ongoing leadership development initiatives, and the build and implementation of leadership development programs.
As a PCC certified coach, through ICF, Andy’s coaching clients have experienced success in the following areas: successful onboarding/transition into new leadership and executive positions, increase in leadership presence effectiveness, finding ways to stay true to themselves while meeting the interpersonal expectations of leadership positions, and transitioning into more strategic roles.
Andy holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, is an PCC certified coach with ICF, a Board Certified Healthcare Executive, and a certified Advanced Lean Management Practitioner. Outside of his role with the LAK Group, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, who are avid ice hockey players and fans!
