The COVID-19 pandemic is the latest test of our Business Continuation preparedness. Healthcare organizations’ needs have evolved from downtime procedures, to “always-on” registration systems, to disaster recovery data centers, and most recently to an increase in remote worker and telehealth capabilities. Hurricanes, floods, wildfires and pandemics are changing the way we need to deliver uninterrupted services. Most organizations are still reacting when they need to be proactive. Join this session on healthcare Business Continuation to understand how to change or improve your organization’s approach.
