Description
This presentation will define health equity and review what we know about health disparities in Wisconsin. Each organization will share about their initial efforts to identify and address health disparities. The panel will discuss lessons learned and provide tools, processes and resources. The panel will also determine how you can see if your efforts are making a difference.
