ACHE and the IHI Lucian Leape Institute developed Leading a Culture of Safety: A Blueprint for Success, a guide that can be used to direct efforts and evaluate an organization’s success on its journey to zero harm, by convening more than 50 highly regarded healthcare executives and quality and safety experts.
