Melissa Meirhoff is a human resource professional with diverse experience in change management, regulatory compliance, strategy, workforce and talent management development, project management, and process improvement. Melissa has been with Essentia Health for ten years, with the last five years as an HR Business Partner supporting Ambulatory Specialty Care clinics, Nurse Care Line, and Rehab Services. Prior to her current role she spent five years in Recruitment Operations. Before Essentia Health Melissa spent most of her career as a leader in Talent Acquisition.
As a Vice President of Executive Search, River Meisinger is dedicated to finding C-Suite-level executive healthcare professionals and matching their skills with the needs of leading healthcare organizations. He has developed in several areas within B.E. Smith, namely: experience working with board and search committees; understanding the culture and the needs of the organization, and matching the best talent with that organization’s needs; passion for understanding the needs of the community, the mission, vision, and values of the organization; and experience working with CAH hospitals, rural healthcare, academic, for-profit, and large hospital systems.
