WHA’s Advocacy Day is an annual legislative event designed to motivate and educate health care employees, volunteers and trustees on health-related issues and grassroots advocacy opportunities. Attendees also have the opportunity to visit with their legislators and/or their staff and are encouraged to do so. Specific time is set aside in the afternoon for these visits, and WHA assists with scheduling the visits. There is no registration fee to participate in Advocacy Day.
